Man, 80s, killed and five hospitalised following three-car collision on M7

Gardaí are at the scene.

The M7 westbound remains closed this morning following a fatal road traffic collision which took the life of an eldery man yesterday. 

A man in his 80s died at the University Hospital Limerick (UHL) after the three-car crash which happened close to the intersection of the M7 and M8 motorways shortly at approximately 7:15pm yesterday.
