Restaurants welcome planning law changes; will 'save jobs and livelihoods'

Restaurants have welcomed legislative changes which will allow them to operate as takeaways without planning permission.

The changes will save jobs and livelihoods, the Restaurants Association of Ireland (RAI) has said.
