Minister for Justice brings court action against farmer whose livestock allegedly grazed on planned prison site
The Minister for Justice has brought High Court proceedings against a farmer whose cattle have allegedly been trespassing on agricultural lands in North County Dublin that had been earmarked for a new prison.
Proceedings have been brought against James Scully, from Kilreesk Lane, St Margarets, Co Dublin, whose livestock have allegedly trespassed on 156 acres of land known as Thornton Hall.
