Supreme Court appeal over Apple data centre may proceed despite tech giant's decision not to build

The Supreme Court will decide later whether to proceed with hearing an appeal concerning An Bord Pleanala’s approval for the first phase of a €850m data centre for tech giant Apple in Co Galway.
