Appeal Court upholds finding farmer entitled to Tipp lands of biological father

The court heard that Mr Hoare married William Naylor's mother in the 1980s. Mr Naylor had always believed another man - his mother's first husband - was his father.

A High Court finding that a farmer is entitled to 120 acres of land belonging to a man who turned out to be his biological father has been upheld by the Court of Appeal.
