The court heard that Mr Hoare married William Naylor's mother in the 1980s. Mr Naylor had always believed another man - his mother's first husband - was his father.

The High Court has ruled that a 57-year-old man is entitled to a 120-acre farm of a man who turned out to be his biological father.
