Brendan Howlin: Cutting pensions of some public servants 'unconstitutional'
The Labour leader Brendan Howlin says reducing the pensions of some public servants may be unconstitutional.
Mr Howlin's claim came in a speech at the party's annual James Connolly memorial in Dublin today.
