GRA 'open to the possibility of further discussions' to avert 'withdrawal of services'

The Garda Representative Association (GRA) says its open to further discussions with the Justice Minister Frances Fitzgerald.

It comes ahead of a planned "withdrawal of services" by the GRA's 10,500 members over four days in November.
