Commission of Investigation finishes report into alleged Garda malpractice

The Commission of Investigation into alleged Garda malpractice in Cavan-Monaghan has finished its final report.

The Department of Justice has this evening confirmed it has received the final report of the commission led by Justice Kevin O'Higgins.
