It is understood Dublin City Council is to consider altering the appearance of the concrete flood defence sea wall under construction along one of Dublin's most iconic routeways.

Locals in Clontarf have expressed concern over the height and appearance of the wall which is being built as part of a 2km cycle path from the Wooden Bridge to Causeway Road.
