Police hunt for two men after woman claims she was sexually assaulted in Bangor

A serious sexual assault in Bangor has led to a manhunt in the North.

A woman in her 20's says she was attacked by two men who offered her a lift home while walking along the High Street at around 2am.

After the woman got into the rear seat of the car they drove towards Groomsport and parked in a dark area where the assault is reported to have taken place.

The car is described as a silver, three-door VW Golf, which had been seen around Bangor playing loud music last night.

The male passenger was 5 ft 4 inches tall, of large build, with a round face and brown-coloured, messy hair.

The driver was thin, with a skinhead haircut and scruffy ginger-coloured beard.
