Body of man found believed to be of missing man Stephen O'Callaghan

The body of a man discovered in County Louth this afternoon is believed to be that of 37-year-old missing man Stephen O'Callaghan.

The remains were found at a house on Rathmullen Road in Drogheda at around 4pm this afternoon.

His body has been removed to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital where a post mortem examination will take place tomorrrow morning.

Stephen had been missing from the town since Tuesday July 7th.

The death is not being treated as suspicious at this stage.
