Sean Fitzpatrick excused from Banking Inquiry

The former CEO and chair of Anglo Irish Bank, Sean Fitzpatrick will not have to give evidence to the Banking Inquiry.

Mr Fitzpatrick, along with former Anglo executives John Bowe and Pat Whelan, had been scheduled to appear before it in the next two weeks.
