Court grants RTÉ permission to broadcast all but two paragraphs of report on Denis O'Brien

The High Court has given RTÉ permission to broadcast all but two paragraphs in the script of a report on Denis O'Brien's banking arrangements with IBRC.

The bank's lawyers pushed for the redactions in the proposed report by RTÉ business editor David Murphy on the basis that the information derived from privileged legal advice received by IBRC.
