Glitch allows application for free GP care to be seen publicly

The HSE has confirmed that a number of people were able to see one person's application for GP care for under 6's because of a website glitch last night.

The website was shut down for a number of hours overnight after a small number of people were able to view the individual's application.

The Office of the Data Protection Commissioner has been notified, but the HSE says the issue has now been rectified and the website is up and running since 7am this morning.

It has apologised to the families concerned.
