Charges against Ibrahim Halawa 'not as serious as others in similar situation'

The Irish teenager being detained in Egypt is not facing the same charges as the hundreds of others in a similar situation.

That's according to the Taoiseach, who's been updating the Dáil on the government's efforts to secure the release of Ibrahim Halawa.
