Classmates launch fundraising campaign for Karen Buckley and her family

Missing Cork student Karen Buckley's former classmates have launched an online crowdfunding campaign to raise money for their missing friend.

Karen's University of Limerick Nursing Classmates set up the web campaign, which can be accessed here in the hope of raising funds to help Karen's family.

The nursing graduates urge people to donate on the web page that they established to assist with accommodation expenses, travel expenses and to help fund the upkeep of the Buckley's farm in Co. Cork while they are in Scotland searching for their missing daughter.

Karen Buckley, 24 is a qualified nurse who moved to Scotland to study a Msc. in Occupational Therapy in Glasgow Caledonian University.

She has not been seen since April 11 and police divers, a helicopter crew and search dogs are all now involved in the search for her.
