O'Donnell to appeal trespass order
Solicitor Brian O'Donnell is to appeal the trespass order granted against him.
The High Court today gave Mr O’Donnell until 5pm tomorrow evening to vacate the Gorse Hill mansion in South Dublin.
The property is at the centre of a row with Bank of Ireland over a €70m debt.
Mr Justice Brian McGovern told the court Mr O'Donnell was "a trespasser" - who flew in from the UK to "frustrate" the bank's attempts to take possession of the Killiney property.
The Court of Appeal will sit at 10am tomorrow to hear Mr O'Donnell's application for an appeal.
