Receivers have now taken possession of the Gorse Hill property in Dublin which has been the subject of a protracted legal battle.

The Court of Appeal has heard that Brian O’Donnell and his wife had previously agreed to hand over possession of the Gorse Hill mansion in South Dublin.

Solicitor Brian O'Donnell is to appeal the trespass order granted against him.
