Howlin: Conduct of some banks on insolvency 'not good enough

The Public Expenditure Minister Brendan Howlin says the conduct of some banks in personal insolvency cases is "not good enough".

Mr Howlin was speaking after figures reported in The Irish Times showed lenders are attempting to repossess more than 7,000 homes across the State.
