An Antrim man charged with causing grievous bodily harm to his brother in Australia has been granted permission to stay closer to the hospital where his brother is being treated.

An Antrim man charged with causing grievous bodily harm to his brother in Australia has been granted permission to stay closer to the hospital where his brother is being treated.

31-year-old Patrick Lyttle was allegedly punched in the head by his 33-year-old brother Barry Lyttle following a minor disagreement outside a nightclub on January 3.

Patrick was initially in a critical condition, but has since regained consciousness.

Barry Lyttle's father and girlfriend were also present in court today.
