Appeal for witnesses as baby dies in Athlone traffic accident

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses after a five-month-old baby boy died in a collision in Athlone.

The crash happened when the car collided with a barrier on the Athlone bypass shortly after 2pm yesterday afternoon.
