Man held after M50 collision charged with possession of improvised gun

A Dublin man who was arrested following a minor road collision on the M50 has appeared in court charged with possession of an improvised gun and ammunition.

Forty-two-year-old Jason Maher of Fairlawn Park, Finglas has been released on bail.
