Judge hits out at 'inexcusable' delays in family law case

Delays in a family law case have been described by a judge as "inordinate, inexcusable and entirely unacceptable".

In a 40-page written judgment, the judge said the failure of the Child and Family Agency to call evidence from abroad relating to serious allegations against the parents was fundamental to his decision.
