Report: Each Garda to be responsible for residents of 150 houses

A new scheme will see every 150 houses in Dublin have its own dedicated garda, according to the Irish Mail on Sunday.

The newspaper reports this morning that the "back to basics" programme will eventually be rolled out to the rest of the country.
