Gardaí arrest four and recover property stolen in burglaries

Four people have been arrested and an amount of stolen property recovered by Gardaí in Dublin and Kildare.

Searches were carried out in Tallaght and Leixlip by Gardaí from Dun Laoghaire and Blackrock, who were assisted by colleagues from across the Dublin region.

The Garda Air Support Unit was also involved in the operation.

Three men and one woman, aged from their early 20's to their late 40's, have been taken to Blackrock, Dundrum and Dun Laoghaire Garda stations for questioning.

Gardaí say the material recovered was mostly taken in the course of burglaries and includes cash, jewellery, computer equipment and what are described as "financial documents".
