Sean Quinn Jnr: Family believes loans were illegal

Sean Quinn Junior has told the Anglo trial that it is his family's view that loans made to his family to buy shares in the bank were illegal.

The son of the former billionaire businessman agreed under cross examination from Pat Whelan's lawyers that he and his sisters are engaged in a legal dispute with the former Anglo Irish Bank to recoup money lost.
