Taoiseach: Justice Minister has requested penalty points files from PAC

The Taoiseach Enda Kenny has told the Dáil that the Justice Minister is asking the Public Accounts Committee to turn over any documentation they have about penalty points complaints to the Garda Siochána Ombudsman Commission.

The Taoiseach has questioned if the Public Accounts Committee have a role in investigating the governance matters in the penalty points controversy.
