Irish Water defends senior appointments

Irish Water is defending its recruitment process ahead of the appearance of many of its senior management members before an Oireachtas Committee tomorrow.

The body is due before the Oireachtas Environment Committee to account for spending €100m in its first year, including €50m on consultancy services.
