A review by the Law Reform Commission of the current legislation regarding bail and harassment in cases of domestic violence is to recommend that the law is retained.

The report was carried out by the Law Reform Commission and will be published by Judge Rosemary Horgan, the President of the District Court, at the Legal Aid Board in Cork this evening.
