Missing teenager found

An 18-year-old girl missing since Saturday evening has been found safe and well, gardaí said.

Gardaí from Balbriggan had issued an appeal over the whereabouts of Kayleigh Carroll, who was last seen in the Ballyboughal area.

In a statement this morning gardaí said she had been found safe and well yesterday, and thanked the public for their assistance.
