Dáil rejects SF bid to allow former political prisoners hold taxi licences

TDs have rejected a plea from Sinn Féin to allow some convicted criminals to hold taxi licences.

The party wanted to extend taxi licences to people whose convictions were covered by the Good Friday agreement.
