Gardaí and PSNI co-operate on operation against livestock thefts

An investigation involving several organisations, including the Gardaí and the PSNI, into the ongoing theft of livestock, was carried out over the past week.

The operation involved monitoring the movement of vehicles transporting livestock, predominantly in the border counties where most of the recent livestock theft has taken place.
