Taoiseach welcomes 'precautionary' bailout funds

The Taoiseach has welcomed confirmation that Ireland will be offered a precautionary second bailout.

It is being reported that Ireland could be offered up to €10bn as a precaution in the event the government cannot borrow from investors.
