New Minister for European Affairs Paschal Donohoe 'privileged' to be chosen

The new Minister for European Affairs, Paschal Donohoe, said he is shocked and privileged to be appointed.

Paschal Donohoe replaces Lucinda Creighton, who resigned last night after voting against the government on the abortion legislation.
