FSAI reveal new labelling regulations

New food labelling requirements have been revealed by the Food Safety Authority of Ireland.

Under the new rules, which come into effect in 2014, descriptions on packaging will have to be written in a certain font size - to ensure it is legible - and outlining the product's nutritional values will now be mandatory.
