A man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a woman plunged from the fourth floor of a building in west Belfast.

A man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a woman plunged from the fourth floor of a building in west Belfast.

Police received a report that the woman had fallen from a block of flats in the Springmeadow area early this morning.
