The Health Minister James Reilly has said he wants the HSE investigation into the death of Savita Halappanavar to stand up to the "scrutiny of the world".

Dr Reilly said he does not want the family of the 31-year-old left in limbo, but he insists it is important that the report into her death be thorough.
