Bray mother has car stolen containing equipment for her special-needs children

A young mother from Bray, Co Wicklow is appealing for help in locating her stolen car, which contained a substantial amount of equipment for her children who have special needs.

Four of Eileen O’Toole's sons have autism, and one of them also has cerebral palsy.
