A young mother from Bray, Co Wicklow is appealing for help in locating her stolen car, which contained a substantial amount of equipment for her children who have special needs.

More than 150 parents of children with special needs marched on the Dáil yesterday to highlight payment cuts they say will damage the quality of their children’s lives.
