Second body found in Waterford

Gardaí in Waterford are now investigating the discovery of two bodies in the city this morning.

The body of a 24-year-old man was discovered at a house at St Herblain Park, Kilcohan around 1am.

Seperately, the remains of a woman in her 20s were found by emergency services at a house in Grange Cohen after 8am this morning.

Post mortems are due to be carried out and gardaí say there does not appear to be any connection between the two deaths.
