Gardaí appeal for assistance in locating missing Galway man

Gardaí are seeking the public's help in finding a 53-year-old man, who's been missing from his home in Galway since last week.

Joe Stephens from Oranmore was last seen in when he visited a friend in Ferbane, Co Offaly on July 17th.

He is described as being 5 foot 4 in height, of stocky build, with sallow skin, blue eyes, and short brown hair - balding at the front.

He was wearing a navy polo shirt, blue jeans and a red/black outdoor jacket.

He was also wearing a gold necklace and a gold ring on his right hand.
