Pedestrian seriously injured in Dublin crash
A man has been seriously injured in a road crash in Dublin in the early hours of this morning.
The pedestrian in his 20s has been taken to St. James's Hospital after he was hit by a car at the Palmerstown junction on the N4 outbound at about 2am.
Motorists are being warned that the outbound stretch of the N4 at Palmerstown is closed until further notice, in order to facilitate an examination by Garda forensic collision investigators.
Outbound traffic will be diverted at Concolbert Road via Ballyfermot.
