Howlin: Talks ongoing despite Draghi comments on promissory notes
Public Expenditure Minister Brendan Howlin has today refused to comment on the ECB president's declaration that there will not be a renegotiation of the Anglo promissory notes.
Earlier at a European parliament committee, Mario Draghi was asked if the terms of the deal could be renegotiated, to which he replied: "the answer is no".
