Child critically ill after fall from Dublin apartment

A child is in hospital in Dublin after falling from an apartment window.

The incident happened at about 10.10am this morning in Inchicore. It is understood the child fell from a height of four or five stories.

An ambulance was called and the child - who is believed to be a two-year-old boy - was rushed to Our Lady's Children's Hospital for treatment.

It is understood that he is critically ill.
