Fire fighters put out Dublin blaze
Luas services on the Red Line in Dublin city centre are back to normal this afternoon after they were disrupted for a time because of a fire in a derelict building.
The alarm was raised just before midday when emergency services were called to a blaze at the corner of Benburb Street and Queen Street.
Five units of the Fire Brigade managed to put out the fire and no-one was injured.
An engineer from the Department of Dangerous Buildings within Dublin City Council has been sent to examine the building to see if it should be pulled down.
