Hogan urges voters to forget national politics in referendum vote

The Environment Minister Phil Hogan has said people will consider elements of national policy they are unhappy with when voting in the referendum on the new EU Treaty.

But Mr Hogan said he welcomes the chance for Irish people to adjudicate on what is going on in Europe.
