The World Health Organisation has designated Cork a 'healthy city'.

It's the latest city that can now present itself internationally as one that prioritises the health of its citizens, along with Copenhagen in Denmark and Nantes in France.

Dublin, Galway, Waterford and Belfast have already been given the same status.
