Work on power plant disrupted by 'guerrilla-type actions', court told
Work on a €300m power generation plant is being jeopardised by the "guerrilla-type actions" of an adjoining landowner, the High Court has heard today.
Today lawyers representing Endesa Ireland Ltd, who are in the preliminary stages of constructing a 430Mw Combined Cycle Gas Turbine power plant at Great Island, Campile, Co Wexford, obtained orders against Michael Murphy, who has blocked access to and interfered with security fencing on the site in a row over purported rights of way across the site.
