Weather disrupts Dublin transport

Weather conditions are causing havoc for commuters in Dublin this evening.

DART services are suspended between Dun Laoghaire and Bray.

Gardaí are advising that that N81 is impassable between Citywest and Jobstown due to flooding.

The James Larkin Road in Dublin has been closed to traffic travelling into the city because of surface water.

The road remains open to outbound traffic and diversions are in place.

The Lower Road at Strawberry Beds is also closed to all traffic, gardaí confirmed later.

Garda are continuing to advise roads users to exercise extreme caution in this evening's poor conditions.
